M/s. I. R. Joshi & Co. Advocates was established by Late Mr. I. R. Joshi in 1971. The firm is a Sole Proprietor firm with experienced Advocates. Adv. Jay Joshi, son of Late Mr. I. R. Joshi, joined the firm in January 2014. With 28 years of legal experience, he had previously worked from Associate level to Associate Partner in reputed law firms, and he subsequently took over the I. R. Joshi & Co. Advocates firm following his father’s demise and continues its practice, legacy and goodwill.
The firm currently consists of Mr. Jay I. Joshi as Sole Proprietor and a team of five Advocates, including Mrs. Rashmi Jay Joshi, who is also an Advocate with 28 years of practice. The Advocate Associates bring individual areas of expertise and collectively handle the matters undertaken by the firm.

Practice Head
Mr. Jay I. Joshi brings three decades of legal experience and has handled a wide range of complex matters. Prior to joining I. R. Joshi & Co. Advocates in January 2014, he worked with reputed law firms, progressing from Associate to Associate Partner. Following the demise of Late Mr. I. R. Joshi, he took over the firm and continues to carry forward its legacy and goodwill.

Mrs. Rashmi Jay Joshi is an Advocate with 28 years of practice. She is part of the firm’s team, bringing areas of expertise and experience to the matters entrusted to the firm.
